Oral cancer screening is the testing for cancer of the mouth before any symptoms appear. Early detection of oral cancer allows for treatment before the cancer may have spread. Early treatment leads to a more positive prognosis.

Blood pressure screening is used to detect the possibility of high blood pressure, or hypertension. High blood pressure can lead to life-threatening diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, stroke and kidney failure.
